Professor of Youth Ministry, Family, and Culture
Dr. Karen Grant joined the ×ÔοÊÓƵ faculty in 2001 and continues to teach Youth Ministry, Family, and Culture courses. Previously she served as the Director of Student Activities at a public university in California (1982 to 1994) and as a youth minister at a church in Rockford, Illinois (1994 to 2001). Dr. Grant currently serves as the College Pastor at Temple Zion Baptist Church. She also serves as Vice-Chair for Bethel Christian Camp’s board of directors.
Dr. Grant enjoys traveling and has ministered cross-culturally in South Africa, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Kenya, and the Philippines. She is a major animal lover and enjoys gardening and kayaking in her backyard pond.
